This Historic 1880 row cottage in North Adelaide has recently been renovated for the purpose of Bed and Breakfast accommodation. The project proved challenging as the client was based in Singapore and all meetings had to happen over Zoom, however nothing was too hard, and that ran overwhelmingly smoothly.
Successfully executed in less than 6 months with the assistance of extremely capable and cooperative builders, the outcome has been very pleasing. The house was renovated from inside to out with upgrades to all bedrooms, brand new kitchen, bathroom, new feature light fittings and floor finishes to the kitchen. With a very small footprint an extremely compact and well designed kitchen had to be meticulously thought out to incorporate all of the requirements. Even a built in laundry cupboard with washer dryer is concealed there.
All furniture and artworks were curated by MCR Interior Design to give comfort and warmth in this stylish yet timeless interior.
